Off to the east coast. Think good thoughts about me having a safe trip and me not getting too run down during this trip. And any of my lovely NYC buddies that I hang out with while I'm there try to make sure I don't stay out to late or do anything too exerting like bungee jumping or getting suspended from my ankles from the ceiling as I don't think my body is quite up for it yet.
