Okay, it's storytime. I recently discovered this in an old notebook of mine. It was written in the dark, so it was all scribbley!

The older bear came softly to the younger bear and in his wisdom sat gently beside her. Tell me said the older bear tell me what it is you see when you close your eyes. I am forlorn said the younger bear, for inside my head I cannot see through the clouds, and I fear that what I will see is sorrow.
The older bear sighed gently and smiled a little smile. Each breath we take in this life, we are parting the clouds and seeking the way. When sadness finds you, dont reject it or seek escape, but feel it. Weave it into your spirit so that the tapestry will be strong and beautiful and unique. And when the sorrow subsides, appreciate your life. And when it is replaced by joy, appreciate that just the same. For no fabric is made of just one thread.
The younger bear sat silent for a moment and looked into the older bears eyes and she wondered for a moment what his eyes had seen to show him such things. And she smiled a little smile. And she put her younger bear paw into his older bear paw and they turned to watch the sunset together.
When the clouds have truly parted, you will see. You are the sky and the sun and the stars that shine. You are the Universe and the Universe is you. Never forget how sacred and special you are.
