IT's friday night...and I' am indoors AGAIN, working finally on my uni essay and moaning about how sore my stupid fucking face is!! Thanks to the miracle of wisdom teeth and their ever so messy removal!!
long story short - wisdom tooth came out sideways, effectively rotted. Kind dentist removed it, stitched Tim together again and left me in a nice amount of pain. Socket from tooth then however becomes bare, gets infected and proceeds to infect the bone and the nerves of the whole right side of my mouth....cue visit to kind dental man!! cleaned, mesh ball laced with a million cloves inserted to socket...pills given!!! I can still taste cloves and it's rank!! Though I would like the numbness back!! (

Having been told to take it VERY easy for the next few days I got the last series of family guy from the shop (despite my shrinking bank balance) and have now watched the lot!!!
I have started my essay of Mr.Courbet and the possibility he was the father of modernism and it's going ok. For once I have made a full essay plan to help break the research up in to different subject. Tomorrow I have the joy of reading Baudelaire's "painter of modern life" in the morning...if I am to stick to my plan!!
For the rest of today I need to do some banking, note some references and enjoy yet another gentle salt water rinse of my bloody mouth! In the very near future I need to turn my attention to getting me a new job in Canterbury. Whilst I think the course so far is pretty bollocks it's the outcome that's important. Maybe I shouldnt discount the extra possibility the free time gives me.
Went to the Union Chapel in islington for the mencap little noise session with angus and julia stone, adele and most importantly damien rice. who is fast becoming one of my all time favourites. A really engaging performer in a church that sits 600 as much as at wembley arena with thousands. Will defintely see him again. I hope to see some photos from the night soon....which i may steal!
Whilst I know that I chose to change my life around to try and change the future of it....right now...I just want to go drink myself dandy on a dancefloor somewhere!!!!
