Having spent the evening trying desperately to relax (it's now an official prescription from a proper Doctor and everything!!hehe!) I saw a quote at the end of a program that has really summed up the things running about my head.
"We must become the change we want to see in the world."
Quite bloody right too - Too many times you see people preaching what they do not practice. On a large scale and a personal one. If I can learn one thing from all this enforced introspection I hope it is that.
Off to Paris again on Monday for the week, a busy week of galleries and exhibitions is planned and booked up. Added to the official stops there is talk of hitting the Paris St. Germain home game with a couple of the tutors and guys on my course, hopefully it will come about. I'm trawling through listings and guides to decide must see things out there as I wont have much free time.
Got a splendid little book to fill with a travel diary too for my course which is gonna be so much fun, much as some aspects of the socialising scare the bejesus out of me I cant wait to head off - tomorrow I am going shopping for a new book to read and some pens....oh, and socks!
Have started already the huint for Canterbury accomodation for september, just nosing....there seems loads about so I'm going to leave it late and save the cash i think.
I'm a wee bit bored this evening, really fancied going out but have become quite isolated (that's polite for loser!) recently. Anyways, it'll pass I'm sure...
Xx

Enjoy Paris (I'm dead jealous!) and let us know how it went when you get back.
Have fun

Although I don't like Le Guen from obvious Rangers connections (or maybe I should like him because that was on of their worst seasons in history) GO GO GO GO GO to the PSG game.
My friend is now a diehard PSG fan after seeing them play Lyon when he flew over last year. He's got crazy videos of the match, and the supporters rocking a car in the metro singing ALLEZ PARIS! over and over as they shook the car and punched out all the windows and lights.
Absolute insanity. He's now I think probably the lone American Member of one of their ultra groups.
