I've felt that way lately...almost signed up for the army lol. Backed off, realized I don't take orders too good. There is no way to cheer up or get over something, ya know? It also doesn't help to have people tell you they know what you mean. Especially strangers. But I will say...in American Beauty, everyone was pretty vapid, and paper thin.
