Well.
'How's it going Tim?' You may ask. Well, let me tell you.
It's going alright! The usual aloof answer would be, I'm a little out of practice chatting to be honest, I'm rather busy you see and perhaps don't get to be as social as I would like. But busy is good, busy leads somewhere and I intend to arrive there, wherever 'there' may be. It is almost certainly a better place than where I was.
My evenings are spent in a little painting studio in the Creative quarter of my home town, I had hoped taking this studio may lead to a few more meetings with fellow artists but I'm a bit of a night owl...And they it seems are day keepers. But that's cool, the radio keeps me company when the spirit or the body is lagging.
Between painting, running a business which is snowballing in to a small behemoth (if you can have a small behemoth, they must come in different sizes) and seeing to various family duties my day is full. I try to make time for my camera, a noble steed instead:
All this work is perhaps what leads me back here again, just something that is for me and satisfies the well hidden inner hipster.
I hope all who reads this are well, and if you read this then say hello. A simple thing, but rewarding. Tell me the highlight of your day if you like - I think mine so far is seeing a pair of jackdaws in my garden - I've been trying to entice some birds in to brighten the place up and it's going pretty well, and before you think of it I've heard every permutation of 'that's the only bird you can get' already! :p

P.S. Have a look here if you fancy seeing more paintings.

Best part of my day so far: Taking a nap. Listening to Patrice O'Neal on relationships, which is fucking hilarious.
