i really do know how you feel. however... my feeling the same way that you feel really doesn't improve anything for you... or for me... it just means that we are not alone in feeling how we feel. so.... ya. but there is some minimal comfort in knowing that you are not alone in feeling that way.... although it is just that, minimal. i don't have a solution... just an ear.
