I can't believe the weekend is over already all well

So the point of this update is to let you know that haven't smoked a cig in over 4 days and yeah i'm feeling preety good about it . At the start of the week i burnt my arm really baldly Second degree burns i will post pics later as i can't be CBF right now but yeah i dunnno it's just changes your thinking in a way . I guess in a way it has opened my eyes to wat is around and out there and who I am .. I don't know why shit things happen but i can only see it as a way the universe grounds you ..

Hopefully i can go back to yoga sometime this week i miss it
