So, I need some advice. I have just switched birth control pills and to be safe i'm thinking that using a spermicide would be a good idea for the next month or 2... condoms are ok in a pinch but they make my girly business all angry. so here are my questions:
what is the best form of spermicide? i know it comes in foam and even strips... which have you had the best experience with? IE, what will NOT give me the yeasty beasty?
where can i get it? i've checked my local CVS and walgreens with no luck.

They aren't messy at all and I never got an infection.
I like them wayyy better than condoms.
We were still careful while using the strips though, if ya know what I mean.
