the inspection went pretty well! no major issues. there is some work that needs to be done in the crawl space which could be expensive, but the house its not falling down or anything like that, lol. not termites, no major structural issues, nothing like that. i am so glad to be done with that! i feel like i can relax a little for a minute... tomorrow we are going back to the loan place to try and get everything sorted out. hopefully all goes well there and we will be on our way to closing!
