minor nervous break down last night...

i met 2 of sams sisters last night. i think it went really well. we had dinner at this really delicious asian fusion place. it was fantastic. the spring rolls and chocolate mousse in fried wantons were killer.
my only worry is that i was making comments about the other people in the restaurant, like i always do while people watching, and now i'm paranoid...

the inspection went pretty well! no major issues. there is some work that needs to be done in the crawl space which could be expensive, but the house its not falling down or anything like that, lol. not termites, no major structural issues, nothing like that. i am so glad to be done with that! i feel like i can relax a little for a...
