Lennon is one week old today & has finally let his mom have a few minutes off of the tit to post some pics!! ! It's been an exhausting week, and I really wish someone would have warned me how shitty you are going to feel after giving birth! It really feels like I got raped by an elephant. I'm not sure which is worse - the healing part or the actual labor... I'll spare you all the gory details! I also wish someone would have warned me not to have ANY expectations going into labor... that way when NOTHING goes according to plan, you won't be so disappointed. Oh well. All is well. sunkist_sudafed is such a good Daddy. I don't know how I would have gotten through the past week without him, I've been pretty much useless when it comes to moving around, so he's been taking care of us all - the laundry, & the cleaning & the cooking! I think I owe him big time; then again I did pop our 8 pound son out of my kooch, so maybe he owes me?
