At least I am back to work, but I was REALLY enjoying the night-life again.
This time the job is a real lead and not a screw-up. At least I will be outside working and not stuck inside having to deal with the dust, dirt and smells of new construction. Back to reality.
Tomorrow I take my new recruits out to practice for the first time. I recruited about 4 new guys for the team --- Reading Rugby --- and I am going to take them to the practice field to get them accustomed to handling the rugby ball, passing it and some basic skills such as the correct way to run into a tackler/stiff arm/get tackled and present the ball effectively. I really can't teach them too much about rucking and mauling because there won't be enough of us to do drills.
But, I will run them like I got run by the Albright coach. *evil laugh*
