I need help from anyone who has good taste in how to put an outfit together.

I brought these shoes

a couple of months ago with the intention of wearing them with a cream skirt with green and blue flowers on it and a green top to my friend's wedding. I've just found out the bridesmaids are in emerald green!

So I found this dress

but I'm not sure if it's "posh" enough. I've got another dress in the same cut from the same shop and it looks awesome on but I can't decide.

So give me a yes or no and, bearing in mind the shoes are the same colour as the bridesmaids, what colour bag/jewelery do I do.
