at the risk of being redundant THANK YOU to all the folks who turned out for our show!! my heart was super warmed that the sfsg peeps came out to show support. wow. what a cool community this is. how lucky we are!

so the show was beyond our highest expectations. my housemate rena, who played the first live music set, totally thought she'd be playing to a somewhat empty house, going on so early in the evening. and it was packed by 9pm!! wow! we threw a party and people came! go figure. our performance was good, except we just really needed more rehearsal in that space. and more space, period, cuz we kept on bumping into each other during our spins. and WwwwoooWWWW. frederique and rachel brice (the other dancers) are just indescribable. in fact, so good that one of the reasons we decided not to do our last set was because we just didn't want to follow such amazing performances! plus we were just burnt and done and really wanted to drink wine .

but anyway, it was a total raging success and we're all pleased as punch. wish the rest of you could have been there.
