Phew....some weekend!
Saturday was continuation of drama. I won't bother you with the details. Some of you already know about it and that is how it will stay. It affected my showdown with the lovely connielingus. Sorry about it, pretty lady.
Acacia's situation has continued to deteriorate. Her lungs are not responding and now she has pneumonia. She is back on the heart lung machine. Her mom called me last night (in the middle of drama) to vent. She is pretty amazing.
Sunday was better. The weather was fantastic. I did some yard cleanup including getting rid of all the summer stuff and finishing closing off the pool. I got in a good bicycle ride. Lots of us were on the road, knowing that soon we will all have to look like eskimos if we are going to ride at all.
On to something fun. November is NaNoWriMo - The National Novel Writing Month!
The aim of the game is to write a 50,000 word novel between November the 1st and November the 30th. 50,000 words in 30 days. Anyone who makes it to 50,000 words is declared a winner. This is quantity not quality. It is an interesting excercise for those of you who like to write. I have signed up and plan to try again. I tried a couple of years ago, but never went over 2,000 words.
Anyone interested?

Boo to Acacia's situation
I'd sign up for that - but I can barely finish the new piece of erotica that I have going right now!
I suffer from writer's block far too much.
