So a friend of mine from college back east back out to visit not too long ago. We didn't get to hang all that much but did what we had lined up as our goal for her visit; we got on the Price is Right! No, no. Not to actually compete on the show itself (which we were hoping for), but we're in the audience. The taping we were on is shown on the 5th of May, so if you have nothing to do and can catch the show, watch it! When they call up the kid Kevin to compete, I'm in the row right in front of him. You'd prob see me for all of two seconds, but who cares!? Drew Carey was really funny and a great host.
This Bourne video game has been going on wayyy too long. We're just working on the final bits of it and then I'm off to my new project. At least I'm back to normal days. Kinda sucks not making the OT money, but still pretty nice getting out of work when it's actually day light out.
I'm trying to slowly occupy my free time with activities other then browsing the net/chatting every night. Finally got my hands on the latest copy of Maya and Zbrush. Next step is to download as many tutorials as possible. I need a new battery for my guitar tuner because I'm not good enough to tune by ear just yet. I have a small workout routine I'm putting back up. Starting at just 30 mins and will build up from there. I can't kill myself right off the bat because I've been pretty inactive and smoking for a while now and it's going to be a bitch getting back into shape.
Still haven't decided what I want to do for my birthday which is just over a month away. On that thought, it'd be pretty sweet to have a regular activity like bowling or going out dancing or something... anybody wanna go? No?
Everything feels like it's hanging in limbo for some reason. Like many events are soon to be set off by the scales being tipped just a bit more one way or another. I wonder what's coming 'round the bend...
