Well this could be a very long journal... but I don't feel like typing forever so here's a breakdown of this previous weekend:

- Girlfriend almost died on a boat about 5 miles between Catalina and HB (a fave spot for sharks, particularly great whites), and the dickhead didn't even have safety equipment on board. NONE! I would seriously have the guy arrested since it's completely against the law, but the lady doesn't wanna start shit at her work.

- Was mugged that same night on the way back from work. Two small cuts on the side of my face from a knife, but I am fairing better then he is as he's probably still harboring a broken arm (grab wrist, jam elbow into forarm, apply physics) and hopefully pride or self dignity.

- Ordered pizza on Sunday night and watched the most kick-ass martial arts special on the science channel called Fight Science! Kickass!

PPS- I've also resolved to try and find a great dojo. One I can have pride in attending. Found this awesome place and am going to try and go. We'll see what happens
