What a great month!
Story:
One of my roommate's checks bounced for rent last month. Something about the address on his check or something. This month, we pay rent, only the same roommate only leaves $400 for his portion of the 600 dollar rent. On top of the other 600 he owes from last month he still owes a total of 800 some-odd dollars. The landlord is furious with us because he has mortgage payments that are charging him late fees of somethin like 150 bones a day or week or whatever. Chris is leaving beginning of next month to CO and neither myself or my other roommate has had a chance to talk to him and can't even get a hold of him, so his intentions are unknown at this point. Does he wanna skip out on the rest of the rent? Could he maybe only pull $400 out of an ATM for the one day since they have a max? No clue. He hasn't told us.
Bottom line is, Eddie (landlord) is pissed, and most definitly will not be letting us stay another month there since we are currently on a month2month lease. If he doesn't get the rest of the money from Chris it's pretty much garunteed that we won't be seeing any of our deposit back (which is even sceptical at this point to begin with). So here it is...May...month of my birthday, and I'm basically being kicked out of my house by the end of the month.
Do I have enough money for rent for next month or a deposite on anything? Nope. Next paycheck is all going towards bills, bills, bills that I'm already behind on. Next month woulda been fine as a last month. I'm sure every working person that is on a every other week pay schedule is aware that we get 3 paychecks next month. I have no car, so to move all my shit I'm going to have to use a chunk of my next paycheck that should be going to bills towards a cheap car rental to move all my shit outta there to god knows where at this point.

Good things this month:
Badass Star Wars shirt b-day present from perfect_equation
A ride from the kind Fly_Away after work tomorrow to see PE for the weekend which makes me happier more then anything
Uhh....that's about it.
*thinks to self "stay positive, stay positive"*
