So, I usually don't update this frequently but I kinda had a bad day.
All day I was wandering around my house trying to figure out what the bad smell was. I had it narrowed down to my living room and thought that my cat has pooped somewhere hidden. I finally gave up and was heading to work when I walked through the hallway I realized thats where it was coming from so I thought that the rats cage just needed cleaning so I looked in there and she was lying there. So I was like, ummm... Plauge? She didn't respond. So I shook the cage. She didn't respond. My little rat was dead. I was heading out the door and didn't have time to bury her. I didn't want to leave her in the house so I took her outside. But I didn't have time to bury her so I just put my poor little dead rat in the garbage can. When I got home I buried her. But I still felt really bad about putting her little corpse in the garbage.
To top it off I started rereading the Harry Potter books and started #3 today so at work today. And for those of you who have read then know the Scabbers isa very important character in #3. So every chapter as I was trying to drowd my sorrows in HP I kept getting reminded of Plauge at home in my trash.
Rest in Peace my little rat buddy. We had 3 good years. You had 13 babies. Two of which just had grandchildren. You had a good life. We ate Doritos together. So had a little plastic house with a blue roof. You had a pink cage. You liked to run around in wet grass. You did this cute like hoping thing when the grass was to high for you. You liked to give me little rat kisses. (she licked my lips) You bit NoPantsDave's toe. You prefered Nacho cheese over Cooler ranch. You had the cutest little whiskers. And most of all, I loved you! Have fun with the giant rat ball in the sky. Beware of cats!
