Today I'm happy.

I broke the ligaments of the knee in October and now the doctor has given me permission to do sport again.

Now that summer is here and that heat increases... I have tested the strength of the knee. 8km. From home to the beach, then along the promenade, and back home.



And after trot... something to eat, shower and work.
