So I finished the first season of LOST – all twenty-whatever episodes in less than a week! I am now officially addicted. It took me this long to want to watch it ‘cause I’d been under the impression that it was just a spun-out version of CASTAWAY. No one told me about all the weird goings-on.
So now I’m dying to get into the second season, but I think I better just wait for it to come out on DVD. I mean, there was one cliffhanger in the first season that made me want to throw my shoe at the TV… At which point my roommate had to remind me that the next episode would start up in a few seconds.
P.E.’s lil sis is going to be out of town over Thanksgiving, so she treated us to an early turkey-day celebration last Sunday. Damn tasty! I wish I had a quarter of her culinary skill.
But to make up for my uselessness in the kitchen, I got the girls one of those nifty Atari joystick thingies that let you play the old school arcade games like Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga on your TV!
I used to be the Galaga Master. Unfortunately I learned that, unlike riding a bicycle, Galaga skills do deteriorate over time…

galaga is a lot different when you're playing on an original machine.
