I shot a whole roll of film with my new camera today. I went to a cemetary and got my friend's younger brother to pose in my double exposures as a little ghost boy. I haven't worked with this sort of film or this sort of camera before, so the results could be pretty grim. I'm fairly positive that they will all be grossly overexposed. But I took plenty of notes so that I'll know what not to do next time.
I'm still on my American sleeping schedule. It's after 7 in the morning, and I've been up all night. I should go out biking all day, where falling asleep would be treacherous, rather than sit here watching movies in a big comfortable chair, where falling asleep is oh-so-inviting.
I'm still not used to the vastness of this place. Or how my footsteps echo off the empty walls, tricking me into thinking they are still here.
