CIUDAD JUREZ, Mexico Several masked men armed with automatic weapons stormed into a drug rehabilitation center in this violent border city on Wednesday night, lined up recovering drug addicts and alcoholics against a wall and opened fire at point-blank range, killing 17 people and wounding three.

BUENOS AIRES (AFP) Argentina's Supreme Court on Tuesday decriminalized the possession of small amounts of marijuana for personal use, tossing out tough provincial drug laws whose penalties it deemed unconstitutional.

The high court ruling protects "the privacy of adults who are responsible for their own conduct," according to a court statement

Not so crazy, nikonphoto80. With the exception of that whole establishment of a 'modern republican government', the U.S. has been habitually behind the curve. One need only compare other nations to the U.S. when they: abolished slavery; granted women the right to vote; granted 18yo the right to vote; entered into both World Wars; recognized gay marriage (still very much an on-going issue); established national health care infrastructure (also on-going). Is it really any surprise that when it comes to liberalizing its drug laws, the U.S. would also be behind?

Well im back. I got the cables for the EOS so now im armed as well tongue The boys are friggin huge and beautiful. I deserve and Oscar for my positive portrayial of the happy little war vet......well am happy to see the kids. Plan to hang with aldremech and whom ever else is free. See ya!

as for the mechanic my step-father uses, he brought my mom's Buick Century in to have the multi-function switch (aka, light switch) repaired. and got charged $300.

mine broke. I brought it to Doan Dodge, the dealer I got the car through since it was under warranty. the warranty company was billed $150 by Doan Dodge.
