tried to make a zucchini crust pizza today. miserable failure. i'm not sure if the recipe is crap, the oven is crap or the pan i tried to cook it in is crap.
it's been reincarnated into a dip of sorts. yes, a dip. maybe the recipe is crap. after all, what sort of CRUST turns into a DIP? hmmm.....
