stupid fafsa and stupid taxes.
stupid parents using me as a tax shield.
upon the completion of my taxes this year i will celebrate because i will no longer be a dependent to anybody!

A return? Yes, that is the dream. I've never gotten a return. Though I've also never filed for one..........Perhaps the two are connected.................MMM, yes...

Still being claimed by parents really sucks. Two years ago, I basically told my mom that by her claiming me, I wasnt able to get any financial aid (other than the worst loans ever) because she made too much. With her not contributing to my school, I almost had to drop out. Fortunately, she saw where I was coming from.
