I feel like I'm gonna die. I have a 104 fever and I can't move

i think my fever peaked overnight, I had these really weird dreams that I was a battery, and the higher my temperature got the more powerful that it got. so eventually after it got so high, I turned into God. I woke up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and someone was in the bathroom and I was like "God doesn't wait to use the bathroom, get out now." - I don't remember that, I must have been sleep walking. I was talking all night in my sleep, my mom said i was so loud she could stand outside of my door and it sounded like i was right next to her. So finally, when it came time for my alarm clock to go off (because I had to go to work for an hour and half ) my mom was sitting in the kitchen watching the news and she said she heard me say "God doesn't have to wake up to go to work." it was very weird, and my dreams were super real, because I did wake up a few times and I remember thinking some pretty weird shit from my dreams, and that if i got up for any reason and got out of bed, i thought I was getting off my charger and it pissed me off because all of that power was being wasted. Crazy ass dreams man, I don't want to go to sleep tonight.
