does anyone get off on flowers anymore? personally, i find them pointless cos theyre blatently overused in romantic gestures and bad songs. emotions by numbers. but i feel im going to have to buy some soon... maybe i should make some, or buy some seeds - thats a better idea perhaps. cos that way its up to you if they turn out right. no wiat thats a shit idea. nevermind.

Yeah - I did really want it, and perhaps that is why I got it. You can't be too enthusiastic in an interview.

Flowers are nice, but the seed idea isn't too bad. At least you won't be presenting someone with a bunch of pretty things you just pulled the plug on and ask them to put them on display where they will slowly, but surely, die.

Or maybe it is a good metaphor - "like these flowers, you are beautiful. I like them, you will wilt and die. I'd like to keep you in my vase and watch, if that is okay?"

And they say romance is dead.
