Lately I’ve been struggling with my mental health with my husband being deployed, breaking up with my gf, my dog getting diagnosed with epilepsy, & getting back to a normal routine. But I’m doing my best to take my stress out on the gym & better myself through these struggles… this is your daily reminder that if you’re struggling you’re not alone & my dms are always open if you need to talk ✨ just keep in mind that my dms being available doesn’t mean I always will be at the drop of the hat but I will do my best

Yo, champion of the struggle. DM's always open here too, though I only check in on SG once a week. Instagram's, on the daily. So hit me there if it's urgent. The best way I've found to get myself into a workout routine is a musical trick. I have this playlist of horrendous pop jams that I have used for years. Now it's to the point where when I hear those particular songs my body just can't help but go through the motions. At first I would have to listen through the playlist multiple times on a hard day, but now it's there for me like no workout buddy ever was able to be. Sometimes you just gotta best your self with psychological tricks. ;)
