Good morning to all! Today is going to be a VERY busy day for me...I have to clean my entire house for our lady friend who is staying for the weekend, do laundry (especially the sheets) and go grocery shopping...
I'm making her my specialty: twice baked potatotes with the filling made of smashed red potatoes, caramelized onions, sour cream, chives and more butter than Orville Redenbacher would be comfortable with. Then we thought we'd do a flank steak on the grill after being marinated in chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, a little white vinegar and some parsley for color..
Sound yummy? i hope she thinks so...and then we might actually go to an amusement park which would be AWESOME!

So- i'm off to conquer the rest of my list. Wish me luck- i'm gonna need it

OH! and I had to repost this one, because it's one of my favorites of all time.
