day nine of being vegetarian and i don't miss meat at all!
i was even at a kennedy fried chicken with nadzofsteel on friday night and i wasn't feeling the meat.
it did smell good in there though, but that was probably just the spices and batter
looks like you've lost me for good meat-eaters 'cause this time i'm staying vegetarian. let's hope so
some of the veggie stuff i've bought at the store does kind of suck though (e.g. smart deli).
talk about chalky tasting and bland as fuck.
their dogs and ground 'beef' are good though
i need to buy a vegetarian cookbook so i can get some new cooking ideas. any suggestions?
i can't wait till cmj starts next week. the performance schedule just came out and i'm pretty fucking stoked. me, timifer, and sage francis are gonna be spent from running around from club to club.
cabfare + unlimited metrocard is a must but it's going to be so worth it. i'm officially excited
btw i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the new arcade fire cd. i haven't stopped listening to it the past week! if you're a fan of neutral milk hotel, the walkmen, talking heads, and/or the polyphonic spree definitely check this album out. it's easily one of my top 10 albums of the year.
