UPDATE
Today is International Hijab Day.
If you believe in sartorial expression as free as possible of internalized oppression, be it very covered or nearly naked, stand up with me in solidarity. Stand with me for Muslim women in hijab, for any woman who chooses modest dress, for people of all genders who dress to express, for folks in fishnet and electrical tape pasties, for goths, punks, or middle-of-the-roadsters, for Pagans, Jews, Catholics, atheists, and any other believer or non-, orthodox or not... Stand up for you, stand up for us all. Post your own pics in your own choice of clothing if you wish!

Went to Dead Can Dance at the Greek! If you go on my channel (where my music video is) and look around you'll find excerpts from the show. There were others with better recording devices, though.
Anyhoo, here's a pic. This is a real Greek style outdoor amphitheater in Berkeley. I saw Dead Can Dance 16 years ago in the same breathtaking location, and it was an equally stunning show. Lisa, you're a Disa (Goddess). Brendan, you sang Song to the Siren. I love you.
It was an arresting performance.

This is Sun-Ra, who is with Bast now. He was my friend Shannon's Savannah kitten from Isis Oasis.

We purrformed together with Linda Iles; it was an honor and a meowfest.
This is very sad.

Without them
what are we?

Will be attending the NLP IASH conference next month. YAY NLP!

I get to have Manulballs friends, too. (Gotta love my gothic cowboy hat.)
We were at the Soriah show at The Box goth night in Santa Cruz.
The brunette is Elisa and my blonde hair twin is Nicole.

Soriah is the name of my buddy Enrique's Tuvan throat singing project.
Here we are.

No maam. I work as a barback and security. The Box is my night off so to speak. I work as security for them for free on that night because I love the music/atmosphere.
