well congrats on turning vegan! it's the best thing anyone can do for themselves. yeah, it totally makes you a better cook because it expands your horizons...you eat so much more interesting food that you never would have discovered before. it's funny because people think being a vegan is so limiting when it comes to food choices, but i think eating a standard diet is actually more limiting. ya know what i mean?

oh and about the mermaid costume--i actually could walk, there was a big hole for my feet! but i hid it for the picture well! a little photoshop never hurts either.
