I thought I was getting fat, so I went on a diet last Thursday. I have pretty good willpower and I eat pretty clean anyway, so it's not a big deal. I little self-inflicted misery is good for you. After a couple of days, I get nauseos when I do eat, so that makes it easy, but I hate feeling tired. What I'm thinking now is that maybe I don't need to diet. I think what has actually happened is my abs have become overdeveloped from doing heavy deadlifts (it's worked great for my back, but this is an unwanted side effect). I quit doing sit ups altogether. It's getting hard to keep my pants up too. Not a bad problem, but a fashion faux paux.

I try to stay on a somewhat diet year around. Varying maybe 5-10 lbs. If I go on vacation where I can't eat normally, I get sick to my stomache.
Fuck deadlifts! Never done 'em, never will.
