Yesterday, I was in bed ALL DAY. For the most part. I was out in the morning for a few hours, but that's nothing. It felt so good to just lay around and watch tv all day and eat popsicles. Finished off an entire Chicken Finger sub. Mmm. Damn good eatin'.
Cindy from work called and she wants me to work today. Someone got "let go." *snicker* Can't wait to find out who it is! I told her I'd work today if I didn't have to work Saturday. I was scheduled to work through my own Graduation Party. It just doesn't help to put in time off because you never get it anyway. Fuckers. Three more days of work. Just three. *sigh*
RYLA was fucking awesome. I'll put some pics up when I get a chance to. I was one of the younger people there. It was aboot 8 of us Americans and 20 Canadians. I'm still saying "eh?" sometimes, lol. Pam, who's from St. Catherine's in Canada, invited me and my best friend Jamie-Lynn up there when we turn 19 in December. She's so cute. "I'll teach how to NOT buy your drinks!"
Yesterday, I went over to my Grandpa Bill's and we talked about how likely it is that after the elections, there's gonna be a draft. I'm signing up now, lol. I figure that it's the best thing that I can do. I'm scheduled to work full time and go to school full time. I just can't do it. I just took out a $4,000 loan that will only last me the next two years. I still need four more after that. It's pretty depressing. So, this is what I'm gonna do... 46Q
I'm totally excited. After I finish these two years, I get the money back. As long as I keep reciepts and such. I've always wanted to join the Army. I just never knew what I wanted to do. I can't wait to tell Grandpa that I'm going. He's gonna be so proud.
Greg isn't too happy, I don't think. He's joining the Marines on the delayed-entry program. Eric leaves for boot camp on Friday. *sniff sniff* He's going Navy to be a field medic. I hope he stays safe. I don't know what I'd do if anything ever happened to either of them.
What else, what else. DANNY! He's coming home from Iraq on the 22nd. Party at his mom's on the 27th and then a drunken party at his friend's house in Conesus Lake on the 28th. I took the liberty to take that whole weekend off
