I have about 3 weeks where I can travel wherever I want to in Europe. I need some suggestions on where to go. Anyone's welcomed to give me some advice. England and Ireland are out though.

I was thinking Barcelona, Cannes, Paris, Brussels, Luxenbourg, Koln, Copenhagen, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Liechenstein, and Monaco.
