Today I saw a guy driving down the road, swerving from side to side, FACING oncoming traffic, talking on a cell phone, in the rain.

I should probably mention he was "driving" an electric wheelchair, and wearing a huge yellow foam rubber cowboy hat.

Christ, I love living in the Bay area. biggrin
