site-related notes: do any of you have me bookmarked? i wonder who has that kind of relationship with me.

i deleted some friends who either don't talk to me + i don't talk to them or who never post or who, sadly, no longer exist. i also bookmarked people i'm secretly, shyly intrested in.

and finally, my dating profile results turned out some of the most annoying members of the site. perhaps i am one of them.

on monday, i went to the local stop of the found magazine book tour. if you don't know, that's where all the pics in my picture folder came from. i just found out about it two days before it happened and it was held at this tiny dive bar where digdug and i had drinks once .. so i felt like i just stumbled on something fantastic. and it really was great. the editor, davy rothbart, has great stage presence and made the whole event terribly lol-worthy.

coincidentally, he was on david letterman last night. he doesn't translate as well on tv, but it was still a totally random and lovely surprise to see him.

you should check out the tour listings to see if they're coming to a bar/bookstore/etc near you. trust me, it's good, cheap, fun. the way found is supposed to be.
