A new update is due it seems. I'll be on my way to work in a few minutes. I find it ironic that I like my job. It's my first job with a company that wasn't easily classifiable as "small business" owned by someone local. But even though it's definitely corporate I still like it. It interests me and the whole network of organization interests me too. We deal primarily with Real Estate Law and have ofices in 38 states wth liasons and contracts for services in all 50. I get to solve problems all day. Many are the same ones, but every day two or three at the minimum are new. Coming from a political science/public administration program, I started calling the office "My Lab" early on because I'm convinced that this place is large and diverse enough to represent America, as a whole, on specifically non-local issues. Today I'll be finishing up on writing a training manual for Default Servicing of V.A. Guaranteed loans. I will be traininig up on Conventional Investor Guidelines. I'll be calling no less than 20 different offices and dealing with whatever problems they might have or asking them to please take care of ones that I find. At some point I will see that it's 3pm and realize I only have an hour left, and then in what seems like 15 minutes, will look up and see that it is 4;00 and will leave for the day.
Just thought I'd share.
