Here's some of my overdue topics. lol
9/9: What are 3 things you think everyone should know how to do?
Easy! The first is change a tire, the second is change your oil & air filter, and the third is CHANGE YOUR MIND! Just kidding, I'm stubborn so maybe not. I think the third thing everyone should truly know how to do is make eggs. As someone who really, truly cannot cook (no kidding - still trying to learn grilled cheese and I'm 27), eggs are my shining proud kitchen moment! That is the one food that I know, without a doubt, that I can cook and have it actually taste good. Also, if you're like me, then eventually you'll start experimenting from there. I can honestly, and proudly say I can make on helluva breakfast bowl! It consists of the following foods layered in order from bottom to top: a slice of tomato, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, ground turkey, sliced avocado, a small dollop of sour cream, topped with shredded cheese and some crushed red pepper to give it a little kick. Not bad for someone who can't make a grilled cheese sammich! :)
9/16: What are you looking forward to the most this fall?
Anyone who thoroughly knows me, knows I absolutely LOVE two things in the winter... black coffee and cinnamon pinecones! I spent at least 20 minutes in Michael's Craft Store yesterday just huffing pinecones. HUFFING FUCKING PINECONES. The first step is admitting you have a problem and oh let me tell you, I have a problem. A problem that they're only a seasonal miracle! The only help I need is help making some that last 12+ months so I can get my fix year round.
Onwards to my second weakness... I'm a caffeine and coffee freak! Now I know what you're thinking, PSL? WRONG! I just can't get on board with the PSL. I'm all about the STARBUCKS CHRISTMAS BLEND!!!!! MEEP! It's like drinking Christmas, DRINKING CHRISTMAS!! But like the kind of Christmas that makes your brain actually work!
So there you have it, some women want cookies, some women want cake... The way into my heart is call me pretty and give me cinnamon pinecones & black Christmas blend. I think I just got aroused thinking about having them both at the same time.... that's what she said. GOODNIGHT!!!
