this morning I was back to angry
probably the no sleep did not help
I need to find a way to stop being mad
Its not helping and I know it.
Things got progressively better after the morning though
After lunch wasn't so bad because I got to teach someone about what I do... then I got to learn new software... so that made me feel better
I was super tired and I was thinking about skipping tai chi... I'm glad I didn't It was a good workout as usual and I could feel myself getting better at certain positions... at others I was still hopeless... but I will learn
Then I made a sick girl smile
