hey there all. boy that sounded down home. hope everybody had a good easter weekend. mine was pretty much here and there. it was a little more lonely since the parents and mysister had to bail on their trip down here because my pop got a job that started today. only getting to see my family two or three times a year has quite an effect on my mental stability. i love them dearly and miss them incredibly.
friday afternoon was superb. took a half day at work and went disc golfing with a buddy down at winthrop univ. 75 degrees on a college campus equals girls in bikinis laying out. i miss those days at the rock. i threw a decent round but lost a couple good discs to the lake yet again. i have to get some shit plastic to lose.
friday night was just wierd. i met a lady tuesday night at the bar while out with a vendor. she called me to get together for a drink friday night. we kind of hit off the night we met so i was kool and the gang for cancelling previous plans to have a drink. throughout our conversation she tells me that she doesn't date younger men. and that she is attracted to shorter, bald, heftier men. are you fucking kidding me? not that there is anything wrong with her taste in men. taste is taste, you can't criticize. but i am tall, thin, younger, and have a full head of hair! hello! but of course we can be great friends. thanks.
saturday night i lost my sushi virginity. various and unsudry rolls with friends up at nikko's on south. i have to admit that i liked it. the saki bombs didn't hurt though. one of the girls in the group that i went out with felt the need to ask me to her church. when i smiled and graciously declined she pursisted. this lead to a mini soap box session by me. if i have a beer in my hands i don't want to talk religion or politics. she didn't get it.
then the coolest part of the night. ran into thriftx2horatio upstairs at connolly's. seems like a super cool guy. and he was fresh from the SGNC get together that i missed. sounded like a good time. maybe next time.
sunday was recovery and today is just kinda drab. but i know that i made somebody smile today. that made my day. now i am off to the gun range to sling some lead.

Thank you for liking my entry. I do want to write a book of short stories or something eventually.
Hey, you should join the "Sushi" group here on SG. I just joined, and they have some good tips. I want to start making it at home too. It is fun and tasty, and actually prety cheap. You will feel proud, too, when you have friends over for a sushi party.
Going to bed, Schlorff snores a "hello theyerg"
