alright, I am a couple of months into my new gig doing project management for a construction company specializing in retail renovations. it is just as challenging as I hoped, but also relatively laid back. and with such a small company (just three of us), I can see my contribution on a daily basis. this feels good.
I had some complications with one of the bars hanging a series of paintings that I just completed, so I walked across the street and lucked out on an even better venue that will give me more exposure. I even got a nice little write up in Creative Loafing for it. I am looking forward to my art continuing to grow.
with everything going rather well, my confidence is high. this means my social life and attached shenanigans have had me on a tear as of late. its the kind of shit where I sit back and question whether or not I will ever be able to settle down. I have fun, but sometimes it just isn't all that fulfilling...
