For those of you that do not know, I run a charity out of Charlotte, NC to help raise awareness of domestic violence as well as much needed funds for battered women's shelters. Beards BeCAUSE uses a two month long beard growing competition to remind people that domestic violence is not something that can no longer be swept under the rug. The passive enabling that goes along with not speaking out AGAINST domestic violence will no longer be tolerated. We have a good time for a great CAUSE.
