well, i have been pretty busy in the CLT. Beards BeCAUSE has caught fire again this year. to date, our beard growing competition has raised over $16K this year for the united family services' shelter for battered women. wee are two weeks away from our insanely awesome finale party at amos' southend on december 5th. the lineup is going to rock with a nice country/rock/honky tonk/rockabilly feel. the bo-stevens, tommy ray and the rayguns, the truckstop preachers, and the belmont playboys all with a dedicated sound guy and all for a minimum $10 donation at the door. plus the awesome ladies from the bang! bang! salon carving some funky designs in beards as part of the competition. with a little luck and some hardwork, our $30k goal is totally within sight.
other than that, i have just been plowing through life and continuing my pursuit of what seems to be illegible women. really enjoying the ride...
