One of the best quotes I have heard from the mouth of an American in recent times is, "You didn't vote for me for change, you voted me to change the government for the sake of change. You wanted something new, somebody to create a new form of thinking in the bureaucracy." It didn't come from President Obama, it didn't come from some liberal yuppy or a hardcore conservative. It's a quote from a movie only 2 or 3 years old called Man of the Year, starring Robin Williams. Kind of makes you think about how people voted and the their reasoning behind it this past election doesn't it?
