Procrastination and why I'm its King.
Fuck me I'm lazy. If its not something I particularly care about you can just about guarentee that its a mess. Whether its bills, washing, dishes, food shopping or vacuuming. I have so much crap to sort out, I've taken friday off work. Sadly, I know for a fact that all I'll accomplish is twenty cigarettes and several coffees. All my cd's are in order, my bookshelf is neat and my bed is pretty fucking clean and cozy. I've forgotton to pay rent in three months but moreso, the landlady just noticed. Bollocks. Heh. You gotta laugh really.

There are tons of training plans out there. I've found that a lot of the one that tout themselves as for beginners are actually not, like you're supposed to do 6 miles in your first long run of your first week! they're kinda wacky.
I have one that I used last year and it worked great. I have only one prior year running experience, but 20 years cycling, so I was really afraid of injury. But, I did great, and you will too.
I can attach the training plain in an email if you want, just give me your address. The good thing about the plan is that it is 17 weeks, and if your race is further out than that you can make the plan longer, and do some easier/don't increase mileage too fast training.
