Does anybody out there NOT tip waiters/delivery guys? I didn't know some people refuse to tip regardless of service, but alas they do exist. I think it might be a cultural thing but, you never know...all I know is that I have to make a living and most of it comes from tips so if you don't tip, stop being a FUCKTARD CHEAPSKATE ASSHOLE!
