I know exactly how it feels. I had an old job that was terrible, and I was miserable. I quit it, and got a new one with significant drop in pay (-60%). But now I love what I do, I'm pretty happy, my mental health has improved, and I don't regret it. It's not an easy decision, but it was really good for me. I hope you can make the best one.
