just had a band practise tonite. now i'm temporarily deaf in the ears. everything sounds like underwater. you know, murky water. and when i talk it's like i'm in the next room and i can't quite hear myself . at least my screaming tinnitus is clear as a bell

last night a friend of a friend told me the best sleepwalking story. this weighed so heavy on my mind that i did some sleepwalking of my own last night. first time in 20 years or so.

i hope it doesn't keep up. it was no fun. and nowhere near as dramatic or hilarious as the story i heard that sparked it all off.
